Scope and Contents Map is a survey composed by William Tolley on behalf of the heirs of Barent Staats Salisbury. The survey is described as being parts of lot 1, 12, and 13 as well as all of lot 2 of a parcel of land owned by Salisbury on his death. Shown on the survey is a long parcel extending between with several geographic features orienting the map. Spoor for Isaac Northrop and Company in 1801 showing a newly surveyed road leading northwest from the edge of the surveyed lots of the proposed Village of Athens. Scope and Contents The Vedder Research Library's back issues of the Cultivator cover roughly a 15-year segment of the publication's run in various monthly journal formats. Issues were given by various donors who possessed bound and loose copies of the journal, and the names of the original subscribers often appear written on pages of bound issues. Two boxes contain six hardcover-bound contiguious selections of the Cultivator, and one folder of loose issues also appears within the collection.
